The fight over cell phone towers near Montecito homes is often times inconsistent. Most want better cell phone coverage and do not want their phone calls dropped. However, a lot of communities hope to keep cell towers out of their neighborhoods. Towers are unsightly and could diminish property value. For a cell tower to function correctly, it have got to be in sight. Above the tree lines, an ugly, colossal piece of steel will need to be installed. This is OK for an urban setting, but doesn't fit well into a community layout.

Has remodeling an old Montecito home always been your dream? Make sure you take a long look at the "bones" of a home prior to buying that potential jewel.
